Cordelia, legendary queen of the Britons, is a character in Shakespear´s King Lear. It´s also the name of a moon of planet Uranus, an asteroid, a female character in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and, real estate wise, is the name of a small city in Solano County Real Estate, California.
Cordelia properties are located just West of the main city of Fairfield Real Estate, having been annexed by Fairfield Real Estate. It´s a great place to live and own real estate and has grown considerably in recent years.
Cordelia homes are located at the junction of Interstate 80 and 180, near where an old railway station of the Southern Pacific stands a mile away. Freeway travelers often stop there because they´ll find gas stations, fast and sit down restaurants, some typical small town businesses, hotels, and convenience stores.
A major Cordelia real estate area and freeway attraction is the Scandia Family Amusement Park.
Median home prices have rose 18.0% in 2005, to about $560,000. The most expensive Cordeila home sold for around $1,500,000. Real estate here has excellent freeway access and shopping is handy at nearby greater Fairfield properties. Cost of a home here is around $300 per square foot.
